The terms used across FOMOPRIME and these docs.
A
- approve_buy
- A
social_gateinstruction, signed by FOMOPRIME, that approves one following swap for one wallet and one maximum amount.

- Bonding curve
- A pool that sells a token's supply at a price set by how much has been bought. Every FOMOPRIME token starts on one.
- Buy & burn
- FOMOPRIME's 20% share of trading fees, used to buy back the FOMOPRIME token and destroy it.
C
- Cash
- The USDC and SOL in your FOMOPRIME Solana wallet, valued in dollars.
- Creator fee
- The single trading fee a creator picks at launch: 1%, 2% or 3%. The creator keeps 60% of it.

- DAMM v2
- Meteora's Dynamic Automated Market Maker. Where a token trades after graduation.
- DBC
- Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve, the program that runs every FOMOPRIME curve.

- Embedded wallet
- A self-custodial wallet created for you at sign-in, with no extension or seed phrase. See Your wallets.
F
- fomo
- A social trading app on Solana. Buys made in it can reach FOMOPRIME tokens before graduation.

- Gate
- The buy check applied by
social_gatewhile a token is on its curve. See The buy gate. - Graduation
- The moment a token completes its curve at a $40K market cap and moves to an open DAMM v2 pool. Also called migration.
M
- Market cap
- Price per token times the total supply of 1B.
P
- Pair asset
- What a token trades against: buyers pay in it and the curve raises it. SOL by default. Also called the quote asset.
- Pre-bond
- The period a token spends on its curve, before graduation. Buys are gated; sells are open.
- Privy
- The wallet provider behind FOMOPRIME's embedded wallets. Keys are split into shares and only rebuilt inside secure hardware to sign.
S
- Slippage
- The most the price may move against you between quote and execution before a trade is cancelled.
- Sponsor key
- A key whose signature lets a buy through the gate. fomo's signing key is the sponsor.
T
- Token-2022
- Solana's newer token program. It supports transfer hooks, which FOMOPRIME tokens use.
- Transfer hook
- A program Token-2022 calls on every transfer of a token. FOMOPRIME tokens use social_gate.
X
- X-verified
- Signed in to FOMOPRIME with an X account. Required to buy on FOMOPRIME before graduation, and to launch.
