Risks and disclaimer
What can go wrong when you trade or launch, and what FOMOPRIME does not promise.
Read before you trade
Market risk
Prices on a bonding curve move with every trade, and new tokens are extremely volatile. Early buys can be deeply in profit or in loss within seconds. A token may never graduate, and a graduated token has no guaranteed liquidity or value.
What the gate does and doesn't do
The buy gate limits who can buy before graduation to fomo users and X-verified accounts. It does not verify identities, judge tokens or creators, or stop people with real accounts from trading in coordinated or harmful ways. Selling is open to everyone at all times, including large holders.
Technology risk
- Smart contracts. FOMOPRIME tokens rely on Meteora's programs, Solana's token programs and
social_gate. Any of them could contain bugs.social_gatehas not had an external audit yet. - Third parties. Buying through fomo depends on how fomo builds and signs its transactions. If fomo changes that, fomo buys can fail until FOMOPRIME adapts. Selling is not affected.
- Your wallet access. Your FOMOPRIME wallets are unlocked by your X login through Privy. Losing your X account, or having it taken over, can mean losing your wallets. Use two-factor authentication on X and keep an exported key as a backup.
- Network conditions. Solana congestion, RPC outages or wallet issues can delay or fail transactions.
Pair asset risk
A token's curve raises its pair asset, so its value moves with that asset too. Tokenized stocks and ETFs carry their issuer's risks and terms, and may be restricted in some countries.
