Your wallets

The Solana and EVM wallets you get when you sign in with X: cash, deposits and exporting your keys.

When you sign in to FOMOPRIME with X for the first time, you get two wallets of your own: one on Solana, which holds your cash and your FOMOPRIME tokens, and one EVM address that is the same on Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum. Nothing to install, no seed phrase to write down, and no browser extension.

They are yours

Your wallets are self-custodial: FOMOPRIME cannot move your funds. They are embedded wallets from Privy, a wallet provider used by consumer crypto apps. Each private key is split into shares and only put back together inside secure hardware, for the moment it signs. Your X login is what unlocks your wallets, so there is no separate password.

Your X account is your wallet key

Anyone who controls your X account can reach your wallets, and if X suspends or deletes your account you could lose access to them. Turn on two-factor authentication on X, and export your keys as a backup (below).

Your cash balance

Cash, in the top bar, is the USDC and SOL in your Solana wallet, valued in dollars. It refreshes every 30 seconds, so a deposit shows up shortly after it lands. Tokens you hold are not part of your cash.

Deposit

  1. Open Deposit

    In the top bar, press Deposit, or open your account menu and choose Deposit.

  2. Send USDC or SOL on Solana

    Copy your Solana address and send USDC or SOL to it from an exchange or another wallet. Use the Solana network.

  3. Keep a little SOL

    Solana network fees are paid in SOL. A small amount, such as 0.02 SOL, covers many trades.

Solana only, for now

Send deposits on the Solana network. Your EVM address works on Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum, but deposits there only turn into cash once cross-chain trading launches. Anything you send there is still yours, and you can reach it by exporting your EVM key.

Export your keys

You can take your wallets anywhere, at any time, by exporting their private keys.

  1. Open your account menu

    Press your avatar at the top right.

  2. Choose Export Solana key or Export EVM key

    A secure Privy window shows the private key. Nobody else, FOMOPRIME included, sees it.

  3. Import it into another wallet

    A Solana key works in Phantom, Solflare or Backpack; an EVM key in MetaMask, Rabby or Coinbase Wallet. Your FOMOPRIME wallet keeps working at the same time.

Caution

A private key gives full control of the wallet. Never share it, never paste it into a website, and never send it to anyone, including someone claiming to be FOMOPRIME support.

Withdraw

  1. Open Withdraw

    Press your cash balance in the top bar and choose Withdraw, or pick it from your account menu.

  2. Choose an amount

    Pick USDC or SOL and enter a dollar amount, or tap 10%, 25%, 50% or Max.

  3. Paste the destination and review

    Paste a Solana wallet address and press Review. You see the network fee and, when the recipient has never held USDC, a one-time 0.002 SOL to open their USDC account. Then confirm, and your wallet signs and sends it.

Double-check the address

Transfers on Solana can't be reversed. Send to a Solana wallet address, not to an exchange deposit on another network, and keep a little SOL for the network fee.

Your EVM address is ready for cross-chain trading. You will be able to buy tokens on Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum straight from your Solana cash in one tap, filled in seconds, and sell them back into cash the same way. No bridging and no gas tokens to hold on each chain.
